Peer Reviewer Process
All submissions to management are subject to a thorough double-blind peer review to uphold the journal’s commitment to academic excellence, neutrality, and transparency. Throughout the process, the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to avoid any form of bias.
The peer review process includes the following steps:
- Preliminary Editorial Review. Upon submission, each manuscript is reviewed by the editorial office to confirm its relevance to the journal’s scope and adherence to fundamental quality standards such as originality, clarity, and ethical compliance.
- Editor Assignment. Submissions that meet the initial criteria are forwarded to a qualified subject editor who oversees the peer review process.
- Reviewer Selection. The assigned editor identifies and invites two or more independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area. These reviewers assess the manuscript for its novelty, methodological soundness, theoretical depth, and practical relevance.
- Anonymous Peer Review. Reviewers submit detailed critiques and suggest whether the manuscript should be accepted, revised, or declined. Both author and reviewer identities remain undisclosed to ensure an unbiased evaluation.
- Editorial Evaluation. After receiving reviewer feedback, the handling editor makes a decision regarding the manuscript. If revisions are needed, the authors are requested to submit a revised version along with a comprehensive response addressing each reviewer’s comments.
- Final Review and Approval. If necessary, revised manuscripts may be sent for further review. Once the editor is satisfied that all concerns have been addressed and the paper meets the journal’s quality benchmarks, it is formally accepted.
- Editing and Online Publication. Accepted papers go through copyediting and typesetting before being published online. Each article is made freely accessible as part of the journal’s open-access model and included in the next scheduled issue.
management is dedicated to a fair, efficient, and ethically responsible peer review process. All editors, reviewers, and authors are expected to act with the utmost integrity and maintain strict confidentiality throughout.
